Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is fantastic. The effects are great, the story is strong, and the apes now ride horses. I mean, what else could you want? While pretty much the entire Planet of the Apes series has questioned what it means to be human, Dawn... does this expertly, with both sides, humans and apes, not being able to coexist at all due to fear of the other's strength. An all-out war breaks loose, and the lines slowly begin to blur between human and animal. I am so pumped for what comes next in this series; whether it be just one more movie or several, I'll probably go see them all.
Best Moment: When Alex is teaching Maurice (Orangutan) how to read his book and showing him all the pictures.
