Dawn of the Dead is often regarded as the best of the horror remake string, and that it most certainly is. The film is packed with good performances and fleshed out characters, which is a big plus, it adds depth to the fantastically bombastic finale. The zombies and violence look great, and there's some very good camera work here too.
