A masterpiece. If one thing could've been changed, it would be the name. If this film wasn't called "Dawn of the Dead" and didn't have those small, short cameos resembling the original, then this movie wouldn't be so beat down because of it's "comparison" to the first Dawn of the Dead.
A movie with wonderful taste that tells an extremely realistic tale of a survival scenario if the dead were to return to life and feast on the living. They writers and producers take no chance on making things seem too fake or people seem too lucky.
5 star movie.
