I am not sure why all the acclaim for this film. It is downright irritating. The acting is below average, Kier Dullea's intense performance is laughably poor at times and Janet Margolin talking in rhyme all the time is distracting and annoying.
It has an amateur look to it, not at all convincing. So dumb.
