This film limps along and it is testimony to Carell and Fey who do some heavy lifting to make this enjoyable at times. The plot is beyond nonsensical and it is only the reality of their relationship, their great improv skills as evidenced in the credits that grease the story along.
The cameos are nice but don't get it across the line. Shawn Levy should start refunding his directing fees.
