Works as a Disney family movie to watch with your wife and kids but not as the hilarious adult comedy you'd expect from Tina Fey and Steve Carell. There are nice supporting parts from James Franco, Mila Kunis and Mike Wahlberg and a few funny parts but nothing memorable.
The lead actors don't seem to have much range here and the movie is best when they are not getting close-ups of their awshuckness. Still, it's not a waste of time nor money.
