I saw this the first time when I was 12/13 years old. I thought it was a pretty awesome movie then. after seeing it again after such a long time I can understand why, this is a pretty good kids movie! it looks a bit dated by todays standards and the acting isn't all that good, just what you expect from a 80's flick.
and hey, a 10 year old kid flying a blackbird makes up for a lot.
