I really enjoyed this movie. I had no idea about this strange role-playing culture where people actually go to open fields and beat each other with sticks. Yeah, it's really THAT entertaining to watch.
"Darkon" has heart though. I really found myself getting interested in these people's lives and their love for the game. The film didn't really fully explore any true conflict in the film.
It kind of just touched upon a few. In that case, I wish the film went deeper. But for a small, independent documentary, it's pretty good.
