Review of Darkness Falls (2003) by Camden N — 22 Jul 2009
It's alright I guess, but kind of bland. The film is well directed, and the Tooth Fairy has some creepy visual appeal (similar to Peter Jackson's treatment of the ring wraiths in LOTR), but I doubt she'll stick with me like Jason Voorhees or Pinhead do.
In the end it's just passable fluff, but Liebesman certainly has promise. Maybe with a more interesting script he could churn out a decent movie.
