Review of Darkness (2005) by Iam P — 23 Jul 2009
It never ceases to amaze me how critics have no clue how.
To rate movies, especially one of this nature. The first.
Time I watched this film, it freaked me out. I have seen.
A lot of horror films, yet, this one got inside of me.
Of course, Lena Olin is in it, yet, the rest of the casting.
Was really good.
If you want to see a great movie that plays on the fears of.
Houses built around ancient designs of evil, this movie is.
For you. Very consistent in its telling, as well as the.
Unravelling of the story and how it impacts all of the.
Characters in different ways, all the way to the brilliant.
End. Even when the sun comes up, you can't escape the.
Darkness.
The best scenes are with the spirits of the children, the.
Creepy picture of the 2 old women and their inevitable.
Resurrection, as well as the final scenes.
Again, another foreign based film that sets the tone of.
What a movie like this should be.
