Review of Darkman (1990) by Sam D — 24 May 2010
Ha!! Brilliant! I know, it's dated, it's kinda lame, and it's not exactly original, but it just ROCKS! Definitely my kind of movie; dark and gritty, but lanced with comical irony. Over-the-top characters, over-the-top music and over-the-top cinematography, more movies should be as shamelessly self-indulgent as this! (however, I can never dig Frances McDormand, she just annoys me, so I couldn't quite give it 5 stars :P).
