A suprisingly good comic book film from the days when Raimi could have fun on screen without insulting his audience. Has the gore and slapstick humour of Evil Dead and the better elements of Spider-man and a dash of Batman thanks to Elfman's score.
One of th better comic book films!! ( of which there are few ).
