Review of Darkman (1990) by Gabriel S — 14 Nov 2015

There's a great story here, and the filmmakers could have made it serious or made it silly and cartoony. They chose the second option, and I think it kept me from caring about the main character, but everything else is just a question of preference.

Fans of dark, silly comic books will enjoy the movie, people who prefer their comic book heroes realistic and dramatic won't get it all.
