Review of Darkest Hour (2017) by Aman A — 13 Feb 2018
Well framed picture perfect shots, but too standard. Good one-liners. Tough to hear. I'm not sure if Churchill's character was portrayed accurately. Thought there should have been more doubt and pain.
The struggle was not strong enough. Was a small part of a Churchill biopic but didn't show the progress of the character, or any major shifts. Average movie made with a budget that makes it look better than it should be.
