Left out parts of the story that had great potential and moved in a disjointed way between meaningless narrative that was trying to convey a much bigger picture and stirring speeches. The film could not decide what aspect of this story to focus on and attempted too much ending up in a mess.
However, good performances from several actors made this bearable.
