"Dark Water" is very dark and atmospheric. It really does set the tone for the film and creates tension. Too bad practically nothing happens in its entrie running time. The cast does a good job, while the director certainly knows how to capture the dark and eeriee atmosphere.
Thats all that the film has going for it because not much happens throughout the rest of it. (Rating: F..."Dark Water" boasts a strong cast and premise, but in the end, it seems like another recycled horror flick.
