Great acting all around and a slightly interesting story with some good cinematography is not enough to save this movie from the going absolutely nowhere. The unnecessarily overused and under budgeted CGI takes you right out of the movie and makes you cringe.
The buildup to the creature reveal is absolutely underwhelming and make you question why they even tried. The character development and down to earth story being told falls completely flat on its face by the time the movie ends.
Only watch this if you want to see how the last 10 minutes of a good movie can render it pointless.
