Review of Dark Star (1974) by Austin T — 14 Apr 2010
People with questionable practices join cults. Maybe they lack self-confidence, maybe they're lonely, or maybe they are just stupid. No matter what the reason, they have terrible taste in movies. This was hailed as a "cult classic" but I could not see the draw for it at all.
No humor (save for the ridiculous 'alien' beach ball/tickling monster), no real story, just nothing.
