Review of Dark Skies (2013) by Broderick V — 12 Jun 2013

I went into this movie with no idea of the plot, actors, crew, etc. One person told me it was good, and that was all I'd heard. That person must of gotten this movie confused with something else. It was about as cliched as possible without being cheesy, and created no new path for alien abduction Sci-fi / Horror movies.

Acting and visuals were okay, but the plot was horrible. Think of some home getting getting visited by aliens at night, with dad struggling to find a job and the parents having issues with their relationship.

You just thought of 50% of the plot right there, sorry to spoil it for you.
