Review of Dark Shadows (2012) by Marc N — 15 Jun 2013

I actually found this to be one of Burton's better recent works. The tone was more in line with his style, similar in feel to Beetlejuice (just not as fun or funny), Its definitely better than the remakes/reboots he's been messing with recently.

But there was also a "going-through-the-Tim-Burton-motions" that have hindered his films lately. Burton is being too much Burton. He needs to shake things up a bit again like he did with Big Fish.
