Review of Dark Shadows (2012) by Borhan K — 06 Jul 2013
Dark shadows is a movie by Tim Burton. The guy that brought you movies like the first two Batman movies staring Michael Keaton as Batman and in the second one he had Michelle Pfeiffer.
Well in this Flick she is back playing the lady of the house as well as Johnny Depp playing a vampire of sorts.
I won't go much into the story-line I just gotta say it was a quirky tail of love and a women scorned by love etc and a 200 year old love feud between a girl and her vampire lover.
This was quite enjoyable dark in places but enjoyable, kinda reminded me of MAMA the horror flick I reviewed a couple of weeks ago but this is something the older kids could sit and watch with parental guidance of course.
A great cast and nice flow to the movie you did not feel that it stopped and when is it going to finish it went at a great pace and you could follow it.
Give it a shot it aint half bad.
