Review of Dark Shadows (2012) by Rickey L — 09 Apr 2013

I think I'm in the minority, but I actually liked this movie. Was fairly entertaining. Of course I went into knowing how awful everyone said it was so I guess my expectations were so low that it could only be better.

I thought the theme of "family sticks together" was great and showed that no matter how weird or insane, they are there for one another. They didn't overdo the "out of time" schtick with Barnabas and showed his torture was true.

Some of it was cheesy but I found it entertaining. Alice Cooper cameo was amazing as well.
