The squalor and absolute darkness these people live in is a testament their to their resourcefulness and a sad commentary on a segment of society we choose to ignore. Marc Singer lived amongst these people to gain unlimited access but also their trust.
What he captured is very memorable and harrowing piece of documentary film making.
