Amazing. Even more so after learning it was the directors first film and he employed many of the people he filmed as crew. Very humanistic approach to characters (which sounds elitist--what was I expecting? But that's the problem and why everyone should see this film to change their perspective).
I was constantly surprised at the ingenuity of the tunnel inhabitants. Definitely helped me gain some insight on the homeless experience.
