Think your having a hard time then watch this.. Dark Days centres around a community of homeless living below the streets in New York's disused train tunnels (called the freedom tunnels). Most have built huts have running water and electricity which they've pulled from the tunnels power lines.
Eventually Amtrak, decide to move in and evict, although all end up being re housed. An eye opener of a film.
