Review of Dark City (1998) by Jared S — 15 May 2013
Very entertaining 90's sci-fi noir that is campy, but cool in the same light as Alex Proyas' previous effort, The Crow. One of the only negative things about the film is Kiefer Sutherland's constant - pauses - he - has - to - make - every - time - he - talks... it's kind of annoying.
Also another thing I thought I would point out is that the final scene reminded me of a scene form Requiem For A Dream, where Jennifer Connelly, is in both movies, standing at the end of a dock by the ocean waiting for the main character to come greet her - strange.
