Dark City is an overlooked science-fiction film of the late 1990s. The film presents an extremely unique story and unexpected twists that make it entertaining.
The film features a lot of "B-List" actors. The cast features Jennifer Connelly, Kiefer Sutherland, William Hurt and Rufus Sewell. The film is not very well acted and lacks that true lead actor.
This film is extremely stylized. That makes the film appealing to view at least from a visual aspect. The film however is long, lacking a thriller story line and a true deep meaning. However, it is worth watching.
