Review of Darfur Now (2007) by Jackie J — 21 Nov 2007
A good sort of "Darfur for Idiots" introduction to the conflict between the nomadic/Muslim Sudanese of the the Darfur region and the official government of Sudan. International prosecutors work to establish a link between government officials and the murderous Janjaweed.
As of 2007, hundreds of thousands killed and 2.5 million displaced since Sudanese President seized political control by a military coup in the late '80's.
