The action scenes, music, costumes, visual effects and properties are okay. Ben Affleck as Matt Murdock, Jennifer Garner as Elektra Natchios, Michael Clarke Duncan as Wilson Fisk, Colin Farrell as Bullseye, and Jon Favreau as Franklin 'Foggy' Nelson did okay job.

Debatable holes:

1) If Matt's hearing was heightened, how did he choose what to listen to and focus on?

2) How could Matt process all inputs at the same time? He must hear all sounds, locate the enemy, watch out for attacks, think of strategy, move, throw punches and kicks.

3) Daredeveil was immune to bullets, no bullets ever touched him.

4) How could Matt design and get all his tools and costumes, study law and become a lawyer, train martial arts, have fit body, sustain his economic needs, and fight crimes by himself?

5) How did Matt recognize people? When fighting, how did he know which one are the bad guys, which one are the hostages, which one are the good guys, which one are just passing by?

6) What a coincidence that Matt randomly met Elektra at a coffee shop, her father was related to Kingpin, and Kingpin was related to the one who killed Matt's father.

7) When Matt listened to someone's heart to find out whether they are lying or not, how did he know that he was listening to the right heart?

8) Elektra and Matt just met once randomly, how could the two directly be in love? How did Elektra trust Matt, give her identities, and come to his place?

9) When Matt was with Elektra during a rain, a random voice came up. How did he know that it was important that he must focus on the voice? It was so convenient to the plot.

10) After the party, how did Matt change his clothes so fast, find Elektra's location, catch up, jump on buildings, then finally arrive just in time before Elektra's father was killed?

11) How could Matt have acrobatic skills, have agility to evade projectiles, have endurance to jump from a tall building to the ground, jump on buildings, and have the strength and martial arts skill to fight an assassin, people with guns, a hitman with preternatural aim, and a muscular fighter like Kingpin?

12) Elektra could not even shoot Daredevil properly.

13) Matt easily found Robert McKensie alone.

14) The clue was written upside down and was easily found by Matt on a desk. It was solved just on time for the sake of the plot.

15) Elektra tried to avenge her father by beating Daredevil, she did not believe Daredevil who was saying that it was Bullseye. She then suddenly trusted him just because she found out that Daredevil was Matt. Then, Bullseye came just on time.

16) After Elektra died, the police came, but injured Matt luckily got away.

17) Matt could still fight Bullseye although he was injured and he could not even stand.

18) Injured Daredevil could evade multiple shurikens thrown at once by Bullseye.

19) Matt could still come to Kingpin's place by himself, endure all of Kingpin's punches and fight the huge guy, although he was badly injured.

20) An injured Daredevil easily defeated Kingpin in his fresh condition. For the sake of plot, Kingpin told his men to let Daredevil come in.

21) After Kingpin was defeated, police surrounded his building, but an injured Matt luckily got away by jumping on buildings.
