I liked this take on the high school experience, nothing super special but I enjoyed it. I can't figure out why I like Zach Gilford so much, but he just seems to quietly inhabit every role I've seen him in with sort of a "less is more" approach.
Emmy Rossum is definitely a theater girl, she's great, but a little bit over the top for film.
