Of the 90s disaster movie boom, this is one of the weaker films. The effects do not hold up very well nowadays either. This film is pretty mindless and if you just want to see what happens when a volcano erupts...thats what you get here.
Nothing really new or different and pretty empty but it will pass the time for 90s fans on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
