Review of Dangerous Minds (1995) by Bruno L — 07 Aug 2009
I'm not even joking when I say that my main motivation for watching this film was Weird Al's "Amish Paradise." I thought for the most part, it was a good movie, even though you can tell that it seemed neutered from the source material.
I was surprised how the "minds" in the movie weren't even that dangerous. Any episode of Boston Public seemed more edgy than the whole movie. What I did like about it was Michelle Pfeiffer.
She's believable and beautiful in this movie, even when she ate that Butterfinger. I think it's worth renting, even if the story has been told many times.
