Review of Dangerous Liaisons (1988) by Sigga J — 30 Jun 2008
Combines two of the most intriguing film starts of the past twenty years: Glenn Close and John Malkovich. With a bizzare supporting cast (note Keanu Reeves). However, on the simple basis of the chemistry between the two leads the film shines, one almost wished that the entire film was nothing but a conversation between the two of them (possible only on stage).
Close's comuppance is one of the best in film history done seamlessly linking together the first scene and the last.
