Diabolik, a brilliant thief with a fetish for smothering himself in tight fitting rubber, executes heist after heist with as much skill and as little dialogue as possible. The local constabulary are completely incompetent and so it's down to local mob boss Ralph Valmont (Adolf Celi) to erase Diabolik for no particular reason.
