Review of Danger: Diabolik (1968) by Ncc1701D N — 29 May 2011
Visually Danger Diabolik is outstanding. It's got a great pop art design but did you really not except exceptional eye candy from Bava. Personally Ive never seen the comix that this is based on but my curorsity is up.
Diabolik could have stood to be a little more sinister in my eyes. I love that evil laugh. As visually enjoyable as this is though it's just one big piece of bubble gum. Like I said it looks great but my interest wained and it felt a little long in the tooth.
It's good w/ a buzz though.
