'Dangal' is a predictable sports drama that's uplifted by terrific performances from the entire cast. There are a few good musical compositions too. Many of the cliches one associates with a sports drama are all there in good measure; yet Khan and co make sure that the viewer buys into the story.
The fights are well choreographed/shot and appear more grounded n' authentic than any other wrestling-related flick made in Bollywood so far. The climax is a teary-eyed crowd pleaser.
