An epic Western and an outstanding study of how a man can change when he gets to know a people rather than just go off rumour and hearsay. Beautifully shot and with very strong performances. It possibly goes on a bit to long and I've always found the ending unsatisfying.
It certainly shouldn't put you off though, just make sure you've got a good 3 hours spare!
