Lt. John Dunbar, exiled to a remote western Civil War outpost, befriends wolves and Indians, making him an intolerable aberration in the military.

Well I saw this movie when I was just a child so I forgot all about it, yesterday late night I saw this movie on TV and yes I was really impressed by it, it deserved the Oscar. I see some negativity surrounding this movie by reviewers and somehow critics I mean 78% thats it. if this movie won Oscar instead of GOODFELLAS then it ain't its fault. blame it on the Academy Members then. why on this movie?

I can't believe who good this movie was and what incredible effect it had on me. brilliant. Kevin Costner himself directed this near perfect classic I mean how did he do it, how? I salute him for making this superb movie. his effort that you see in this movie as director is commendable and just pure love for the movies. as an actor one of his very best movie. this movie is one of my all time favorites. and one of the best movies ever.

Story is so perfect, epic, emotional, touching, heartbreaking and so good. it gave me tears in my eyes, I was so into this movie, unforgettable experience. enchanted by this movie. written excellently, screenplay and editing is so good. brilliant cinematography, art direction and costumes.

Acting I would say was good enough. a marvelous moving drama. stunning simple story told in a excellent way. a must watch.
