When Lt. John Dunbar decides to see the western frontier before it's gone, he finds his position deserted. Not long after moving in though, he befriends a wolf and encounters the local indian tribe.

After earning the respect of the tribe, he starts to become one of them putting him at odds with the military. With breath taking sceneary and outstanding performances by the cast...the movie takes you on a heart felt journey into the lives of it's characters.

Unlike most westerns films of the past, this film will leave you wanting more!!!!!!!!!!!
