What a masterpiece! The first time viewing this movie I was blown away by this totally intriguing story and cinematography! Costner and the rest of the actors are perfect! The war, the west, the Indians, the scenery.
.everything is perfect and very moving. Beautifully shot with such an emotional pull. I love the interaction of Costner, a Civil War Lieutenant and the Indian people.... their way of trying to communicate with one another and the friendship they create is wonderfully enjoyable! On "My Favorite Movies", "My 5 Star War Movies" & "My 5 Star Westerns" lists.
