Review of Dances with Wolves (1990) by 3568 C — 01 Sep 2012
It's a long film but worth watching if only for John Barry's great music score. The cinematography is beautiful too. Those looking for an action packed western should avoid this. The story is mainly about a man trying to find himself and the Sioux Indians are portrayed as living in a peaceful almost utopian existance.
There is a sadness though as we all know that white middle class Christians came along and basically comitted mass genocide.
