Review of Dancer in the Dark (2000) by Irena P — 10 Sep 2008
What to say? a magnificent movie with amazing scenes and details. The trial part was a bit mono-dimensional and would I guess be "my" weakest part of the movie. Ultimately - a hommage to Bjork, that proves once again to be one of the most creative and talented contemporary artists - with a voice that always gives me shivers.
But it wouldn't be fair not to mention the others, especially a superb Catherine Deneuve.
