Review of Dancer in the Dark (2000) by Stephen J — 23 Sep 2008
Okay, so I'm biased; I completely adore Bjork and everything she does or represents. This movie only proves her status as a modern geisha that is living art. The story is slow and contrived, but the emotional impact (if you invest yourself in it) is worth the time.
The best tear-jerker I have ever seen (not that I am admitting to crying, or anything!).
