Bjork can act! Not to say she stole the show though as all the supporting cast put in a good performance. Von Trier makes a good job in making a serious drama coupled with an upbeat and positive musical too.
We get a true insight into the mind of Selma thought using this technique, we see what she truly expereiences and thinks about most of the day. Some distrubing scenes to boot but hey it's Von Trier what do you expect mixed with some great drama as well as an audacious twist by adding parts musical scenes to the narrative give this film a very orginal twist.
Good film, definitely worth a viewing for it's orginality but beware of a distressing and sad ending.
