Contrary to popular opinion, I found this movie very silly and quite humorous. Most scenes were laughable for me and I really enjoyed the goofy humor. I can understand some of the bad reviews because it often tends to be "hit or miss" for most people when it comes to a goofy movie like Dance Flick, but for me.

.. Dance Flick was definitely a hit. I didn't see any previews, so I didn't know what to expect. From scene one I was already smiling at the screen play and at the same time, I noticed very familiar faces but I couldn't put my finger on who they were.

After doing some research, I later found out that they were the wayan's family's kids. There are maybe 7 wayans family members casted in this movie... (two of them sons of Damon Wayons), and in my opinion, they were all likable and performed very well.

If you aren't the one for silly stupid-like humor, then you might want to proceed with caution... but if you are like me and movies like White Chicks was very funny to you, then you might want to give this movie a try.

4 stars from me because I really liked it.
