(A-) Heart warming and easy to watch, Dan in Real Life is a testament of life and love. This is a comedy full of akward situations and laughs. It has a great soundtrack, and Steve Carell is very good. Dane Cook is a nice surprise as well as Dan's brother.
All in all, this is a good film for adults. Children may not appreciate it because they wont understand the adult humor. Its not vulgar by any means, and quite appropriate for all ages, but its perfect for adults.
A good date movie or rental for a couple.
