I honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot based on what I'd seen in the previews, but this movie was good! Steve Carell was perfectly cast, and although I wouldn't classify this film as a comedy nor a drama, I'd say its true genre lies somewhere in between.
It was sweet, thoughtful, and a little silly [and even a little romantic ;)], and it worked on me. I liked the realistic presentation of the film, and how easily I related to the characters and the setting.
Dane Cook though.. a little over-the-top man.
