The movie demonstrates the fight of millions against HIV and honestly I think the ron woodroof (Matthew McConaughey) role also demonstrates the fight for life style that dominates the westren communties not only against HIV against all diseases and against poverty for living in luxury and realy Matthew McConaughey deserves an oscar for that role the just laked for action or comedy any think besides the drama would make it better.
