Welcome to the Dallas Buyers Club.
In the early 80s HIV is becoming more apparent and nationally recognized. Ron Woodroof contracts the virus and finds getting treatment that helps the condition is near impossible. He creates a network of drugs in review by the FDA to begin giving to patients. It is very illegal and hotly under scrutiny. Ron will have to fight the system while fighting his illness in hopes to survive and help others join him.

Jean-Marc Vallee, director of C.R.A.Z.Y, Loser Love, The Young Victoria, Wild, and the upcoming Demolition, delivers Dallas Buyers Club. The storyline for this picture is so well written and executed. The drama is amazing and I was thoroughly impressed by McConaughey. The cast also includes great performances by Jennifer Gardner, Jared Leto, Steve Zahn, Denis O'Hare, and Kevin Rankin.
"A god damn rodeo is what you see.".
I have been dying to see this movie for some time and it took forever till I finally watched it off Cinemax on demand. This movie was awesome and McConaughey's performance deserved all the recognition and awards it received. This is an excellent movie that belongs in your DVD collection.
"Did you sell your ass?".
