Review of Daleks' Invasion Earth: 2150 A.D. (1966) by Jason J — 23 Apr 2008
Much more enjoyable than its predecessor. 'Dr Who' (sic) picks up inept policeman Bernard Cribbens and transports then to the decimated London of 2150AD. The film looks good and the Daleks make a worthy film adversary.
Decent Dalek deaths include being run over and destroyed by an old red van and being thrown down a gangplank at top speed. A brisk 82 minutes of my life well spent! Interestingly enough and something I didn't mention from the review of Dr Who and Daleks was the countdown sequence - no other film in living memory has a countdown of 30 seconds spread out over time of 7 minutes.
